You do not have to change your operator

It is usually the first question, and the answer is short: Simplyture is the system your car park runs on. Who operates it is a separate decision, and not one we are asking you to revisit.

If you are the landlord

You care that the car park earns what it should, that your tenants and visitors are not annoyed by it, and that you are not the one fielding complaints. None of that requires changing who runs the site.

What it does require is that the system underneath gives everyone the same picture — you, your operator, and the officer walking the site.

If you are the operator

You keep the contract and the relationship. What changes is what you are working with: live occupancy and revenue rather than yesterday's report, hardware that tells you when it has failed, and enforcement based on a definitive answer rather than a judgement call.

Session data can be fed to your own devices and systems through a documented API, so this sits alongside the tools you already run rather than replacing them.

Integrations

It's been a pleasure working with Simplyture in all phases of the process. They were able to effectively adapt their solution to our previous parking system, allowing us to open barriers automatically, manage contract customers and allow them to enter our facility whenever they need, add mobile payment, and last but not least remove tickets. The access control system makes it easy to enter the facility outside opening hours.
