Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit simplyture.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Who we are

The website is run by Simplyture ApS, CVR 36958243, Dampfærgevej 8, 2. sal, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. Simplyture ApS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We have a Data Protection Officer. You can contact them at mao@simplyture.com, or by post at the address above, marked for the attention of the Data Protection Officer.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website only: browsing it, searching it, and sending us an enquiry through the Let's talk form or the Build your own survey.

It does not cover parking. If you park at a car park that uses Simplyture, the car park's owner or operator decides how your number plate and payment details are used, and their privacy notice applies. Our page on number plates and data protection explains what the platform does with that data. For those car parks, Simplyture processes the data on the owner's or operator's behalf, as their data processor.

The form has no field that asks for sensitive information, and we ask you not to include any in your message.

What happens to your enquiry

The form itself keeps nothing. When you press Send, your enquiry is turned into an email to our sales team at simplyture.com and is not stored anywhere else by the website. The page confirms that it has been sent; we do not send you an automatic email.

From there it is handled like any other business email: the sales team replies, and it stays in their mailboxes for as long as the conversation needs it.

We do not send you newsletters or marketing because you made an enquiry.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools. The fonts and the search run from our own site, so reading or searching it sends nothing to anyone else. Your searches stay in your browser.

When you use the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs its check in your browser.

If we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we will ask for your consent before they load and update this section first.

We do not sell personal data. These suppliers handle it on our behalf:

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct data that is wrong
  • delete your data
  • stop or limit how we use it
  • give you your data in a format you can take elsewhere

Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object, and we will stop unless we have a strong reason to continue. To use any of these rights, contact the Data Protection Officer at mao@simplyture.com. We will answer within one month.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

You can complain to a data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
